Synopsis: In ORPHAN: FIRST KILL, art therapy instructor Anna accepts a position at the SAARNE Institute, an Estonian mental hospital. Leena, the institute’s worst case, escapes on her first day. Leena is a 31-year-old lady with a gland condition that causes her to appear 10 years old. Leena discovers a missing girl profile that matches her looks and embarks on a new adventure as “Esther,” the upper-class Albright family’s daughter.
